Well me as a proud customer of Honorbuddy, I am very happy that HB is standing up to Blizzard and well all i can say is even if Hb loses the first case they can appeal to a higher court which in return takes forever and they would be able to run for a quite bit longer. But this is just the start and the good thing Germany unlike the US gives the small man a fair chance at a case rather than the US were our politicians and judges can be easily bribed with cash.

Disgusting. If they win, there's a chance that any and all future games might have to have more bullshit put onto the box or the order form, which people won't read (just like the EULA now) all because some jerkoff company from Germany thought it was a good idea to take the fun out of playing a video game and are now trying to weasel their way out of clearly being in the wrong.

Nah, this is piss-ants at work. what they are doing clearly breaches the contract they agreed upon. It's like the typical street bum who collects welfare and poverty benefits from his government for being lazy, and spends his days throwing himself in front of buses or spilling hot mcdonalds coffee on himself all day in hopes of landing himself a decent lawsuit.

You forget that there was no contract in the first place, when you take German law.
