Pretty much yes.For why I think this ain't good for Blizzard: End-game players with the most decent gear have had trouble finding the motivation, so they have sat in stormwind showing off their gear. Now when the change comes no one will have any idea of which gear is what and what gear is which and what where when wut. So they will get frustrated.
