Druid Diary [OB] 10 - 70

Hello. This is my second attempt to make a diary. I did a really nice one last time but the mmowned server went down and by the time the server got up I lost my thread. :wave::wave::wave:

Since I'm using OB I cannot give you the maps, but I will tell you where to go and how good the place was.
I will update after I'm done with each place so no one can try to look me up ^_^.

Tell me if you want pictures with how my bot went and I'll go paint .

1-10

The first 10 levels I handleveled, got my bear and all that shit.

10-15
Here's where the fun begins.
The first thing I did was to map all the needed vendors in XR. Then I went outside and ran a big circle around it, placing hotspots every now and then. I took "kill in path" so it will just go around. I actully went to the GY and mapped that part while alive, since it was in my path around XR.

This place was fairly good, got solid XP all the way up to 15. Around 8 k xp/h at the first levels then it went slower. at level 15 I had 6-7k xp/h.
This took me from 10-15 in one afternoon ( from 15.00 - 22.00)

15-20
Now I went alittle bit west of XR, at the other side of the big mountain. Did a really large circle and pressed "random" in the Grind tab. Since I had the mappings in XR and the GY from my last part it went really fast to make the map. I did not die a single time here. Fell asleep and then I woke up and saw my character was level 19. So I made the bot close itself when it reached level 20.

This place was good, solid xp with no deaths. I fell asleep around 23.30 and woke up 07.10. So this was a really nice place .

20-25
This time I'll try another way. Since I was level 20 I went around Camp T (Camp Taurajo). But I knew I would get 0 XP at like level 24-25, so I mapped the 23/24-28 part the at the same time. Of course I made them into two different Location sets. This was just a try. The try was really sucessful . When I woke up I was level 23. And when I got home from school I was about 27/28.
Let's talk about the path. It started at the FP in Camp T. Then I just went up north untill the border to the quilboars (or whatever they are called). Then to the right untill I was just north of the Camp T west entrance. From there I just went down and made some tricky turns. Then right back up to the FP.

This place was good, 0 deaths and many kills. I fell asleep at 23.00 and woke up 07.20. By then I was 23.

25-30
Now for the other path I made for 23-28. This one was just south of the last path. Around the hyenas (cba spelling). The monsters I was fighting was 2 quilboars, many kodos, many thunderkodos(spelling) and hyenas. So I got MUUUCH leather. Which is really good for my LW.
I think it's better if I just upload the pictures. The only hard part for me to know was that it were 2 GY's. But I noticed that and added the other one.

Good place with like 10 death on 600 kills. The deaths were due the alliance escort ( and not working flee ).

Now for the 28-30 part. I went down to Thousand needles. The vendors are high up at freewind post. Which made it rather hard to map. But if you're okay at mapping you should be fine (atleast I made it). This mapping with vendors will be used for future leveling also. Enough of vendors.
This area is really huge. But I just made it to fill the last 2 levels. It was a good mix of mobs. Some beasts for skinning, some harpies for cloth and some more beasts for skinning. And also your bot should pick up the quest for the Highperch. It was much to map, but I just came with my level 70 with epic mount and mapped the hell out of this area. I would not recommend this to anything that can't overpull (My druid sucked here, atleast at the harpies). But I think a warlock should do fine here.

The XP here was good, but I died many times due the harpies. If you want you could just make a path around the harpies. Cause they are really stacked up. The highperch was REALLY nice xp. I think you could make a whole area there. Well well, what's done is done.

30-35
Okay, now for the 30-36 part. This was at the Shimmering flats. It was really much to skin, so if you're not really requiring money/leather, I would close skinning. Since skinning takes much time, which makes the XP/H go down. The only problem here is the Repair/Food merchant. Which is in Freewind post. Freewind post was a really nut****. I hate that city. Like 70% of the times the bot could repair by itself, but sometimes it just got stuck by falling down or not making it up. The mapping in shimmering flats was really easy. Just go some circles around it. BUT don't forget to map the city in Shimmering flats. My bot made some quests which improves the XP/H.

The XP was decent. Nothing to hurray about. I died quite many times. But since the GY was so close it did not matter. Sure you might think I needed to repair fast, but I needed to sell fast also :P. Many gray drops = gold.

35-40
Now it's time for the 36-40 part. Here I thought I could have some fun. So I made a area around the Magram's. One afternoon later I was honored 11999/12000 (Which is the highest you can get). But this was also AWESOME, never died. Really easy mobs. The mobs were between level 33-35 and one 38. I had no problems with the houses. You could prolly do some quests, but I CBA that. The area was pretty easy to map. Lots of Silk cloth drops. Nothing special.

XP = good, like 5 deaths on over 1000 mobs. Lots of silk cloth. The GY = Kodo graveyard one. I have not got more to say.

40-45
This is going to one 40-44. And then one 44-48.
The first one is the demons around the lake. The mobs goes down easy. To bad I did not have updated gear. I died quite alot. If I remember right, you're able to skin the demon dogs. Which increases the Gold/hour. This is really nice if you have not bought the mount yet. But on the next 44-48 you will get more gold than you need .
But to 40-44 again. Some of the mobs are casters, there are also some Felguard mob and Demon dogs. The casters have little HP so no problem.

The map: Same colors as always, as you see the graveyard is almost in the path .


44-48. The 44-48 part is going to be in Tanaris. It will be many Beasts. Which is IIIIMMMMBBBAAAA for skinning. Also you can sell all the drops. I got much money here and also an Epic sheild. The sheild sold for 70 g. MOUNT!
The mobs were hyenas, buzzards, basilisks and some scorpids.

The map: Same color as always. Just map the graveyard by making a small moon around the city. So you also map the FP.

45-50
47/48-50.
This is going to be a pretty public place. It's the Southmoon ruins. Ogres, ogres and once again ogres. Ogres = Humanoids. Humanoids = Cloth + moniez. This is a really nice bagfiller place. You will get more cloth then you've ever wanted. So I think that a mule person is really necessary. The mobs are 47-49. Casters and melee. The mobs will turn green at 50. That's why I decided to move on.

The map: Same color as always. Map the two graveyards IF you get ganked on the road down .

50-55
50-55 will be done in Azshara. At Ruins of Eldarath. There will be many nagas there. But when I camed I used 2.6 so the looting was bugged, but I just turned it off. (Did not know that 2.5 was working). If the looting would have worked, I bet you would get much silver/gold and much cloth also. The mobs are casters and melee. But on my druid the casters went down in zero time. I stayed here untill 55. It took like 2-3 nights.

The map: Same color as always. Map the two graveyards IF you get killed on the way to vendor or back.


55-60
This will be a 55-62. I went to Plaugewoods. At the end the levels were going kinda slow, but you will get much rep with AD. I went from friendly to Reverded under 55-62. Yes you need to be friendly to be able to repair. So just go do some quests in WPL. (The Cauldron quests gives much rep).
The mobs you will meet is around 54-58. Really easy.

The map: Same colors as always. Remember to map the two GYs and Caretaker Alan (for food).


60-65
62-66. I went to Hellfire Peninsula at 62. Mainly because the mobs are hard at 58-62 . You will mainly be killing Boars. You will get much skins. The mobs goes down easy.
The only problem with this place is the Fel Reaver. But I did not die to much of it.

65-70
66-68
Here I went to Nagrand. I mapped the whole place around Garadar. Many clefthoofs, Air elementals, talbuks and birds. High XP/H and high skins/h. I sold all the gray/white/green that dropped here. Went from 300 g at 65/66 to 800 at 68 . Not many deaths here. Was a nice place.

The map: I can't remember where all the GY's are, I think I got them all.


68-70
Deaths door. That's all I'm going to say .
It's freaking imba. All level 68-69 easy mobs. Drops many Fel armaments and Mark of Sargeras. Got 200 Marks and 15 armaments of one night. Much gold right here. Deleted all grays and Netherweave cloth. Netherweave is not really that much money and they take much space.

The map: Same as above. Can't remember all GY's.

Well done mate, this looks like one worth following - could you please put some maps edited on paint showing where you are botting? This would make mapping alot easier or even some co-ords! Thankyou

You can repair in Tanaris, Gadgetzan, while grinding in Shimmering Flats. Should be closer I think?

Therokaan, damn you. You should have reminded me of that before . Well, you can do that. But it will get harder to map since the zone change. But if someone wants to try this please PM me and I'll try to explain.
