How do i fix my mailbox (i tried the other threads i cud find)

My mail doesnt send properly. Ok so my mailbox is the default one that came with my ascentlogon, here it is:

So i read something about this but it said : (HOw do i run updates, and if some1 has working mailbox, please dump ur SQL into a file and post here, plz)

Wait , the above is confusing. Ok so from "did u run these updates.." is from another thread but i didnt know how to run updates... so can some1 plz send me working mailbox.sql or tell me how to fix it plz.
