With the release of patch 2.4 ptr items.dbc was included, this dbc is basically a internal item list. Which holds basic information: Item-ID, ItemDisplayInfo, InventoryType, and SheathType.

So this includes every item known, as well as the unseen NPCs, armor and weapons. Enjoy:
