New Scheduled Downtime, Shoutbawx is back

The website is back on it's original server after moving databases and not working out the way we had expected.
The shoutbawx has been re enabled, so those of you without IRC can return to chatting with the rest of the community.
This Thursday or Friday we will be moving servers again only once fully establishing that the move will mean neither downtime nor slower speeds.
