Mangos bugs...not sure if its right place

Hi,

Got my mangos server up and running but im experiencing three major bugs with it so far.

1/ Cant learn upgrades to existing spells (such as Smite Rank 2), the spell is available to buy but when i click buy nothing happens. New spells are fine.

2/ Warlock Trainer demons attack me on site...this bug is really bad....advice on fixing would be great!

3/ View range of NPC, my gfx are on max but i dont see any NPCs unless im like within 10 character lengths of them.

A little help please?
