A starting area

I think there should be a starting area for noobs! There is too much "oh mod can u delete this" and "how do I make a thread?". I'm just getting sick of this and I havn't been here for long...
It should be an area where noobs should go to learn how to use this forum and the rules on it.

Yeah, i think that those explain the rules, and if you want to learn how to post and stuff, just go read posts by other people. The reason that people ask those questions is because they dont look around. You learn a lot of things from just watching other people.

I like the idea, but our boards are already large and confusing enough to the new members.
If you see any bad posts or "Mod plz delete", just report it and it will get deleted by one of the staff members within the next hour(s)/minutes.

Ok then, But it would still be better if noobs knew what to do around the forum.

hmm it seems ok the way it is, sure there are a few noobs but i suppose what would the mods do if there wern't noobs? Besides shoutbawx that is
