Added GPU usage (Sadly, at present this plugin can get only Nvidia GPU information.)
Now MS "PerformanceCounter" doesn't seem to support about GPU so that I have to get nvidia nvsim's help. (I'm using Nvidia VGA)
I need somebody to share the information of how to know other graphic cards' GPU load.
Lastly, check your background application(mostly a web page) if you have a big turboHUD lag even though the cpu usage and the latency are in the normal range.
That may be stealing your computer's GPU power for bitcoin mining for example.

Added more Elaborate way to check input
Added two more turboHUD frame rates : 1/2/3 below
1. FPS filtered by Clipstate in PaintTopInGame()
2. pure FPS in PaintTopInGame()
3. pure FPS in PaintWorld()
By this information, I hope FPS-related problems can be solved in a proper way.

FPS- warning-check error (I think I made a mistake about the FPS warning condition.)
Fixed the problem that the monitoring keeps on running internally even on Game Menu.

This plugin only supports logging. The real-time monitoring is no longer supported.
Instead, TurboHudGameEnvMonitorPlugin became developed. You can set the kind of the frame rate in game.
You can refer to the page of "TurboHudGameEnvMonitorPlugin" for further details.

Frame rates with turboHUD vary in different cases. (refer to the images added in the main body)
AFAIK,
1. FPS filtered by Clipstate in PaintTopInGame() is the closest to the original D3 FPS.
2. The pure FPS in PaintTopInGame() is almost always twice(or more than) No.1 above.
3. The pure FPS in PaintWorld() depends on the individual cases. (It fluctuates during the game.)
- In the case of no ui over world layer, this FPS is close to No.2 FPS.
- When a ui windows(i.e. inventory ui) pops up, this FPS comes close to of No.1.
In conclusion, we need to consider this situation when we develop a plugin.
By the way, we need accurate information about Clipstate for a better and optimized plugin.
