    Position change of the CoE Buffbar

    Want to ask if its possible to reposition the CoE bar beneath my character for better visability? I start to get headache by looking up in the left corner every 5 secs in a grift and it would be great if it could be above the focus and restraint bar, where it would fit perfectly for my needs.
