Unban service

Any unban service that can help? My account was banned a few years ago now and has vanilla tmogs and countless un-obtainable items, i was wondering if anyone could help of course i will pay big if you can make it possible. i have however tried services in the past and the GM who banned me has left a note on the account saying DO NOT UNBAN. Is it possible at all to get it unbanned because of this?
