Issue running on a 4K screen
So I upgraded my TV since I last played D3 and decided to setup THUD for this season, however for some reason THUD will not create an overlay in 3840x2160 (my desktop resolution) in either Windowed nor Windowed Fullscreen. When I attempt to set my resolution to 1080p or 2160x1440, it will only draw an overlay if I have it in windowed mode (not exactly helpful), and when it does, it draws the resolution according to my screens dimensions (see screenshot). I've had issues with it not drawing an overlay at all in windowed-fullscreen (not sure why), and the only times it works in windowed is if I set it to windowed and then run an app like borderless gaming which will keep the resolution size but cliip out the window (instead of making it fullscreen like the app is supposed to). I honestly am at a loss. There are no exceptions and THUD does think the overlay is showing according to the status log. The only reason I knew it was drawing my fullscreen was by using the debug window, where it showed where it thought all of my UI elements were located.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
For those who may need the info I'm running a GTX 1080 Ti, so I've access to NVIDIA control panel if there is something special I need to set up for D3.
I also noticed in the D3Prefs.ini config that while in 4k mode it was drawing 2160x1440 UI elements but using the desktop resolution of 3840x2160. I've tried just running it at 1440 but I think in all modes (even 1080) the windowed-fullscreen is scaling to 4K (except in exclusive fullscreen).

Are you scaling your desktop (pretty common on a 4k screen) - that might be the issue.
You can tell D3 not to scale itself in the compatibility properties of the executable.
FYI - I run D3 on a 4k screen with an 1080 (not a TI) and it's working, so the resolution is definitely not the issue.
