CAN'T LAUNCH thud without using VPN

hi,i have this problem since the last couple beta updates for thud,and every time i wanna launch thud i have to use vpn for that,in older versions it was launching without having to use vpn,any idea what's wrong or if its a bug or not?

it doesn't start without vpn,nothing happens basically,no logs no messages i just run vpn for couple sec and turn it off after thud starts.and i also can't open pastebin.com

idk if it cuz of my country,cuz i can still run older versions without any problems,i didn't have this problem with v7.3 or older versions.
