I'm pretty sure he's showing us where to go for reproducible (System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.) Exceptions. I went to the Marked locations and walked a little further and 1,000+ exceptions were generated.

And as Vern mentioned below, there's a hidden cave in the Ruins of Sescheron shown in the pic below that if you step into it and out, HUD generates Exceptions.
