This is not the MPQ way you might have heard of and does not require a program you have to open WoW with, infact, you can delete it all if it does not work for you or don't want it anymore.
So we'll be changing the look of Thunder in this guide.
You'll need a Hex editor MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service and a converter

Open the program and find "File" in the corner, then open! Now locate your Itemcache.wdb. Find WoW folder, then Cache, then enGB and inside that.

Hit CTRL + F

Now when you've found the item name, click on the last letter on the last one of the three(four)

Great, now off to Allakhazam to find the item you want to change it to

You can safely delete Itemcache, WoW will recreate it. It's literally a cache it'll load from instead of requesting information from the server.
