It's not allowed to tell what's in the elite sections for members that's not allowed to see the content. You donate to the website, and gaining access to the elite sections is a bonus of the donation.

Which is why, as previously stated, you aren't donating to gain access to the section. You are donating to support the site. As a thanks, you gain access to the elite forum.

The elite section is for people who have contributed to the site, and are thus more likely to be trustworthy. Gain enough reputation (80 I think?) and you get access to it.
