Coding sub section in general apps?

Got this idea from a discussion in a previous thread so how about we just make a simple sub section in General Programs. It will most likely be more active since we now have many more members then 5 months ago and it will give "lazy leeching loners" or w/e another way to contribute, and thats also another reason why it will be more populated. I know you all might think that why not jost post this stuff in General Programs itself but this will make it more organized and threads will stay on front page longer. Please consider this idea and post your thoughts.

we had this before and it wasnt used and it doesnt really belong on mmowned.
so No we will not add a new coding sub section, that won't get used, again.
