What is the best bot, config and location for some high xp/h?

I know the bots are down but I just want to prepare in case the bots will be back soon.
What bot is the best for 1 account? and what locations should I use? I have windows 7 32bit if it matters.

All bots are good for 1 account. Use Toyko or Santa Monica and upgrade your system to 64 bit if you have more than 4GB of ram or more.

-For leveling use necrobot + setup config from 8787 .. u cand find it on this forum ( Approx 150k/H )
-For hunting some ez rares pokemon use pokesniper / pogofeeder ...

also there is a lot bot on this forum that working great like Spegeli , Haxton , pokemobbot etc .

I used NecroBot but it kept spamming me with something similar to 'your location is x y , going to location' , was that because the bots are down?
