it feel wired, I ask a offer of 25 and he say someone was on 30 for it and was waiting for response. After one day, he say he accept my offer because he can't wait anymore. So we start the process, and he want me to send to his PayPal as gift(which I don't) I say send money as good/service if any thing is wrong and he won't accept it( first thing he reply is "so you can dispute the money"?). Sending as gift is not secure, because if something is wrong I can't even do anything.So I ask about eBay or slut.io( he don't know how to register so I send him the link, he reply back slut.io is not trustful. So that's end of the story.
Then I research his Skype id on google~ and you can find he was ban from other website. I send him the link, and he delete me right away.

(I didn't say his is scammer, but you could know something is wrong here)
