POKEMON GO ERROR when i click on pokemon

I have this issue from time to time usually due to lag on either my side or their servers. I think its because the pokemon still appear from your end but are actually despawned already.

Your time is on auto update? Because if time does not match it will give errors when trying to catch pokemons.

I'm having this issue as well and It doesn't get fixed unless I reboot the Android Kernel in Nox , any other alternatives without the need of rebooting ?

I only have delay of like 3-4 minutes (when I compare it to my PC time) and when I restart the android kernel , they become the same then after few minutes , It gets delayed by 1,2,3,4?? minutes .. anyone pls ?
