Stuck at loading

Hi guys,

My pokemon go was working fine on nox when all of a sudden it just stopped. keeps saying: failed to get player information from server after being stuck on the loading screen (with gyarados saying be aware of your surrounding).

Any idea what's wrong?

Worst case its a softban for 2 hours anyways

go on twitch and you will see even a lot of streamers who are playing legit have the same problem. servers are just down

The servers have been down a while. Rather than scare-mongering do a little research. Here's some handy links to help you the next time it doesn't work:
