Can I continue to farm pokemons on the softbanned location?

Hi,

I tried 3 hours ago to jump to sydney what resultet in a ban/soft ban. (I cannot catch pokemon->thy run away/cannot get items from pokestops).

It's 3:40 AM anyway and I'm going to sleep now.

My question: When I wake up later, can I log into NOX and let the location be Sydney? Will I get unbanned and can farm in sydney or do I have to farm at my real location to get unbanned? I just don't want to ge tinsta-softbanned again for letting the location be at sydney over and over again.

you can farm in sydney after the softban is over as long as you start in the jumped location.

you will get softbanned jumping home though

Soft banning results in you being unable to catch pokemon or use pokestops and is simply time based. If you wait long enough, you should be able to get pokemon again in the location you were at, but also make sure any other gps you have on (like from windows 10) is off. I haven't traveled more than a couple hundred miles and my soft bans have cleared up after an hour or so, but I'm not sure how long they last if you go across the world.
