Keybinds on Bluestacks: Optimizing Your Gameplay for Maximum Efficiency
If you're like me and just love camping one spot, setting up keybinds is a great way to play more efficiently, more lazily while watching TV, or just avoiding using the mouse as much as possible for repetitive tasks.
I'm going to show you just of the few things you can keybind, but you can fully customise it to you own tastes and needs.
What You'll Require:
- Bluestacks with Pokemon Go set up to your preference.
The Method:
With Pokemon Go open, simply click the WASD / Up,Down,Left,Right key at the top right of your screen, located next to the Settings icon. This will bring up the keybindings menu.
I'd highly recommend binding all four swipes first. These can be found under the "Swipe" button - the middle one. I personally bound these to my arrow keys.
From there, we head over to the "Tap" button. All you have to do is click on a location on your screen and assign a key. You can do this for wherever you'd regularly be clicking. For me, that was on the PokeStops I was camping, the "Close" button that appears at the bottom of the screen, the buttons for capturing a Pokemon, and the buttons for transferring Pokemon.
There are also other benefits to this system as well. Firstly, by mashing the "Up" swipe key when engaging a Pokemon, they'll get an immediate dead-center Pokeball to their face. This can also be used for Pokemon that are around the center of the screen. By pressing the "Up" key, the Pokeball will hit them dead center. However, if they are further back, it will miss and you'll have to do it by hand.
If you are camping PokeStops and have them bound, all you have to do is press that stops key, the "Left or Right Swipe" key and the "Close" key to collect all the items.
You may also be able to set up keys for the Pokemon Spawn locations if you want to map them out!
Tips and Warnings:
This is not a complete replacement for your mouse unless you spend a lot of time both setting it up, and learning the keybindings you've set. If you want to spend that time, you can likely start automating the game
You may also get banned for this, but I doubt it. It is simply a simulated "touch", and I don't think Android knows the difference as it's being sent as it normally would via Bluestacks with a mouse.
Hope you all have fun, and happy key pressing guys!

Do you ever get softbanned? Do you stay in that spot forever or also go back to your hometown or something?

Never banned. I work very close to it, which is how I found it in the first place. So my real location is not far off.

TL;DW Spam swipe up while the pokemon encounter is loading to get a free shot on a pokemon.
Edit: Dont spam to soon or too fast. The ground seems to turn all black if you do.

This is what you do using bluestacks when you spam the assigned "up swipe" button when the pokeball comes up

I'd suggest not using your phone for these methods unless you just want to use Lockito or FakeGPS, but it's not as smooth or fast as using bluestacks on your computer.
