4. Activate and Record on HiroMacro (typically down volume)
5. Make a good throw
6. Save on HiroMacro (Volume down again)
7. Rinse and repeat macro
8. Tweak playback speed for minor adjustments when necessary
Personally I have two macros saved. A spinning curve ball one for medium range and one for long range and it seems to be able to cover all Pokemon distances I have encountered.
EDIT: I have uploaded my script for throwing, make sure to modify the screen size to fit yours.
I have also uploaded it within the App internal script sharing feature.
EDIT2: This does not appear to work on bluestacks, but you are already running it on a PC so just use one of the other million macro programs like Autohotkey.

Can't seem to get this working with bluestacks, unable to assign hotkeys to the Android hotkeys (volume, menu etc), not even screen shake works.
I manage to get the " add button to screen" recording, but when it records, i throw the ball, stop the recording and try to use the macro, the macro appears to be empty.. and not recording any actions during the recording progress
I have uploaded my script for Ball throwing on this thread and within the internal APP script sharing.
I have never tried it in bluestacks, only on real device, let me know if it works.
Testing, reporting back in a few

It doesnt seem to work... Its like bluestacks has a different way of interaction with the screen than the normal phone has.. To bad though
Luckily the mouse curve balls are easier to make than with a finger
When play PO whit BlueStacks u can Simply set the Window Width and Height down
Simultaneously press [Windows] + [R], type regedit, and then click "OK".
Confirm the access rights for administrators.
Now navigate to the following key links:
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, SOFTWARE, BlueStacks, Guests, Android, framebuffer, 0".
On the right side is now following a double-click on the value of "Height".
Switch the display to "Decimal".
Enter the desired window height in pixels, and click "OK".
Now double-click on the value of "Width", make a "decimal", and enter the desired window width.
Click "OK" and close the "Registry Editor" window.
Finally, click the right mouse button on the BlueStacks icon in the system tray (bottom right of the system clock). In the context menu, then select "Reset".
With the method it is I find easier to catch them if they protrude farthest and of course the inevitable curve balls are easier
