Threat and Agro condition

Does anyone have an example of how to use this ? (or the logic of using it)

Right Alt will cast Misdirection on your Focus target. If you do not have a Focus target Right Alt will cast Misdirection on your mouseover target. Last, if you have more than 50% threat on your current target it will cast Misdirection on your Focus Target.
