WARLOCK - Make Primal farming spots yours

OK, I'll be first to admit that this is mega-griefing and mean. However..you need those primals and you need them now damnit.

One thing to remember when farming motes and primals are most if not all mobs that drop them are elementals. You, as a warlock have a nice skill called Banish. I needed motes of fire on my Warlock so I went to Skald in Blades Edge...and needless to say I was dishartened by the 6+ ally farmers there. I banished their mobs and 20 minutes later I owned the entire area. 4 Primals per hour when farming alone aint bad.

It's pretty straight forward. you banish what they are attacking and either A.) they get sick of waiting for banishes to wear off and leave, or B.) They attack a different mob. B is fun because then you just banish one of your mobs and now that have 2 aggroed on them...if the first mob was far enough away that when you banish the second they run for a 3rd..all the better. They are now dead.

Another great thing is the Banish links your mobs to theirs. So, if you soulstone and banish one of their mobs...and then run around and aggro 100 things, when you die those mobs kill the enemy. Then you pop your SS, laugh and continue on your way.

There is the possibility of another result, C.) BANNED...I don;t know...I've been doing it for a month and have yet to be banned.

Edit: Oh, my mistake... you will NO LONGER be able to do this with the upcoming 2.3 patch... happy griefing I guess o_O

You can get banned if someone reports you, I did this a while back and got a temp ban for harrassment.

yea my warlock friend got banned for doing it... so he hacked his guild masters account and got that banned xD

Heh I got not problem with the opposite faction doing it to me, because I can counter it by killing them, but if someone on my side does it I report ASAP. GG temp ban.

this would be so awesome to do if you had a whole group of warlocks just banishing everything around an enemy so he gets pissed

Apparently this is ok to do on eu-wow, I've reported atleast 4 people for doing this to me (gg pve server and same faction people :\) and been told it has to be resolved by players. :\

Although, Instant rank1 moonfire is less threat than a banish, so feel free to banish the 12 fire elementals I've pulled and have them all agro on you as I run away
edit: how is reporting this being a crybaby? I dont pay to be harrassed by some prick who cant play alongside other people in a civil manner.

btw dont try this in a pvp server , for those that dont know annoying many ppl on pvp at a time they will kick your ass. then probably corpse camp you over and over this would only work on pve
