2.) Put your trial key
3.) Town Portal as soon as you get in
4.) Back to Portal
5.) Kill the monster
6.) ?????????
7.) Repeat

how much gold / h do you get ? How long can you do this ? any details ? How is this better compared to just go to whatever map to kill mobs ?

i'm just saying that there are still afk farm spots with about 1m gold / minute without special gold equipment. No idea how much time it takes to clear 11 waves, but i would probably pick the afk version IF i would need the gold.
I appreciate any threads here, but i'm simply wondering why is this special compared to simply farming whatever chest bounty event that spawns 100 mobs ..

I'd assume that a huge chunk of that gold find is from being on Torment 6, which should have any impact on the amount of gold you get in the trial. I could be wrong though, as gold dropping from the realm isn't intended anyway. ^^

I can't test right now, but since this behavior occurs in trials, is it possible that porting and going back could have the same effect for GRifts?

No, it does not work in the greater rifts only the trial.

I open trial, port out, go back again and kill the mobs. Still no gold.

Can confirm it works. Make sure you take your own portal to get back into the rift, as I noticed it doesn't work if you use the portal again at the rift stone.
Got a few mill using a lvl 25 Boon of Hoarder gem and Goldwrap for facetanking most the mobs.
I suppose it's a nice little bonus for trials although better doing T6 rifts for gold + items drops of course.

This isnt about farming gold. Its special because gold does not usually drop in Trials so it makes them less boring + with goldwrap and other gold gear you can get way higher GR keys than usual.
