Currently if you play vs someone who plays Lord Jaraxxus, you can oneshot them if you happen to have Sacrificial pact in your own hand (Can be used to face, 15 to 0 hp)

This may not be an exploit, but thanks for posting--I've struggled with Lord Jarraxus a few times and appreciate having this way of defeating him. I wouldn't run Sacrificial Pact in a deck for ranked play, because it would only seldom be worth using, but it's good to know in case I'm ever dueling someone I know uses Jaraxxus.
