How to optimize the ESO client to get Low FPS , for multiple launch

I want to optimize the eso client to speed up the game , finally low fps .
ESO client have settings to change the Video ,Render settings.
But i am not satisfied with this .
Best solution is to <no load> all mesh datas or remove Animation Effects .
Who Solved this issues ?

How can you open multiple clients of ESO on the same PC?

It's really simple actually, you don't need any loader or tools to do it. Just start the game from the launcher, close launcher and re-open it and you can start another client. Simple as that!
