Ok wrote the whole post and internet got ****ed so ill take it short.
Buy Small Lustrous Pearls from AH or farm them in westfall or some other place,then sell them COD as Righteous orbs since they have the same icon,has worked 4/5 times for me. DO NOT TRADE since the name of the item is shown in trade.try combining this with the false overbid when someone replys to your "WTS". I doubt you can get banned since its their fault not paying attention and youre not hiding anything =)
