K, well I was searching my router and found this: if you choose from the drop down thing.... choose static ip there are 4 of them set to 0.0.0.0 change them to anything you want.
if you dont know how to connect to your router do this. Go to start->run and type cmd and then ipconfig it should look like :129.0.2.0 go to internet and in the address bar type in:ex.129.0.2.1 CHANGE THE LAST NUMBER TO A 1 your in happy static ipy ness
