question starting zones/teleporting

is there a way to start lets say a thaum or gladiator and get them to gridania without completing story quest?

You can run there just fine. But if your intention is to just change classes, you cant do that until level 10. And I believe you need to do a story quest for that as well.

im going to be tripple boxing soon and want archer, conjurer and mage and fate grind with them 1-50 but I don't want to have to wait til lvl 18 or whatever to bring them together.

how do you get to limsa withotu doing the story quest?like from uldah/grindania to limsa? I've yet ot find a way.
