Can one be Banned for Exploiting Bug in Beta

Just wondering, if one exploits a bug in a beta, can they get banned? I mean wouldn't that the point of a beta? The game is not stable yet. The whole point of a beta is to test for bugs/exploits/whatever.

Back before wipe people expoiting the bug with playing cards outside the board were given 72h bans as warning. I haven't heard anyone banned using the currently known exploits, but I guess it depends on how much you abuse them.

There was a weird bug where in windowed mode you could play your cards so that they actually existed outside the screen and were untargetable by either players, but still occupying a space in the board, meaning that you could defender of argus a high health creature and win games like no problem.

This is 100% something that will get you banned since all cards etc etc etc will be transfer to ur live account when the real game goes live, no more wipes.
