Sata to usb?

There's Plenty of USB to SATA , but I cant find a SATA to usb. I Plan on Replacing this laptops Hard drive with a USB drive of 32 gigs. I have puppy linux on it and a distro of unbuntu. I come to you now from puppy linux. I was just wondering if anyone knew any easy way to connect the male end of the sata in the computer to the usb to have a nice way to hide it on the inside, so I dont lose the usb of course. Thanks in Advance , im a huge supporter of owned core , and even when it was MMowned and even before that love you guys.

Oh Really? So I should Be able to use any USB to SATA? But Of course im going to have to buy a double female end to feed the usb in. None Ive seen on Newegg or Tigerdirect has a female usb end, and as for the Sata end I have never used one of these and an unsure what im looking at. Also a SATA cable to usb would be awesome though I have been unable to find one of those, splicing one myself would be fun but im still unsure if that will work. sorry for the elaborate response I wish not to waste anyone's time and I want to get it right the first time.
