I didn't screenshot the skype convo unfortunately, though I do still have their paypal details. So I'm not sure I can offer proof according to the scammer thread information. Unless I can?

Ran my own investigation on him when Fisher sent me some stuff to check on skype. Caught him trying to scam he is banned now and couple of his account. One was 2012 and the other one was made right after he got accused in this thread.

This person is not welcome anymore on ownedcore. I will take out all his accounts if they get made in the future.
