Getting a issue with offer completed status

I clearly have the software( spyware ) installed but still no credit, what can I do to fix this?

Hello,

Are you sure you did all steps correctly? first it is very important to follow all steps correctly before it works, secondary as it is written in F.A.Q we don't have power on how they give CC+, its a 3rd party site that handles that, because they have anti-fraud scripts, if you think you did all right and after a few days it is not working let me know.

sgurb, I used a clean windows 7 VM to do it, so that might be the issue, but what I think the issue is, when the download finishes it closes IE and then opens the app so it has no way to check. I fully installed and ran both programs as they said to do. I just wanted to let you know it was not fully working as intended.

Hi again, while I don't know how the 3rd party systems works, it could be a reason that you use VM ware etc etc, again as it written in F.A.Q the process has to be natural by human being.
