Super scammy. Had a 100% legit and verified middle man willing to bend over backwards and go out to buy him a paysafecard OR wire money via WU after receiving my paypal payment and he just made up excuses. Oh and this was the SECOND middle man I brought in since he deemed the first one was "not qualified" so yeah. Don't get scammed guys.
