making accounts

I need help...
I made a private server for my friends and i to mess around on, but i don't know how to make other accounts, or change the admin account details (i'm using antrix)
whenever i use the antrix tool it errors and exits..

help would be appreciated.

um well what kind of database r u using whatt emulater if antrix or acsent then well open ur database through navicat or q/e mysql interface u have open the accounts table and set your name password gm to 3 and flags to 8 if u have burning crusade
ps.sorry bout my typing this key absolutely sucks
