If they can capture the solid battle feel of WoW, people will switch. Many games lack the fluid motion of the camera movement and articulate response time of the keypresses to what you see on screen. It will be awesome when/if they get it down, then they can work on the rest of the game

Well, after playing the beta, I personally think (in my honest opinion) that it's just another fail mmorpg. Too much put into hype, and not enough put into the "fluid" feel, as you put it. It'll be yet another Age of Conan.

Sometimes I wonder how stupid game designers are. They NEVER learn. A MMO will NEVER be successfull unless it has good, responsive and fluid combat/movement/mechanics.
This is almost worse than SWTOR.

Well the worst thing in this game is the ranged combat, doesn't matter if you draw the bow any longer, still same distance as a short draw shot, no arrows ballistic, even morrowind had that kind of. Combat doesn't feel at all like in oblivion or skyrim (as they said). I think the combat in Age of Conan is even better then that.

I don't think I've seen one person who has been impressed by the combat in this game. And considering combat is involved in ~99% of all aspects of the game, I'd say people are going to get fed up playing it, really fast.

Neither this or Wildstar will ever have a chance vs World of Warcraft. Flame how much you want on WoW. Still the best mmorpg after 7-8 years and Blizzard is doing a great job keeping it that way.

Agree with upper post, 4 me Pandas was end to WoW i tried to play 5.0 even got world 97 Sha of Fear and quit right after that cuz game now is not the game i played and liked through 1.0.6-4.3.4 and i hightly doubt 6.0 will change anything.

I actually like it and played during 2 stress tests. The first person mode (aim cross) adds something new to it and there are also some wildstar mechanics in the game. (dodge spells etc)
PvP is similar to WoE from Ragnarok Online. Your guild can have a castle and you can defend it and i think the castle will even have your guilds banner.

I don't like many animations that are currently in the game but i've found a class that entertains me => Nightblade archer.

I'll probably just be playing archer my whole life. Templar might also be fun. (heal specced)

Maby because everyone is botting and ruining the game. Not just Blizzards fault however this game will not replace WoW.
WoW will be replaced when Blizzard wants it to be because they have succeded in creating the best MMORPG. PvP in this game, wouldn't even try it lol.
And the amount of loading screens, well It just makes me sick

You don't know facts and you're also offtopic, but even if i quit wow 3 months ago, most of my friends and ppls i know that i played with since tbc are still there and still playing, as blizzard said over 60% of their population is in asia. dont just throw lies just because you don't like the game, it's toxic.
OT: ESO is garbage, not even close to skyrim, im pretty sure if they added a mod for skyrim to play it online it would have been so much better, eso has almost no endgame, pvp is going to be shit because of the bad combat system, i wouldn't pay 60$ and a monthly fee, maby if the game had gw2 busines system and a better combat system i would buy it.

1. 2 bad game mechanics
2. The movement is shit
3. Firstperson is just a f*king joke.
4. Thirdperson is even more of a joke
5. no autoattack? What the hell.
