Do you need to rebuy core coins in order to retain the "Core Coins User" Title? If so, how often?

As far as I am aware, you just need to have some corecoins on you to get the user badge. But I can't say for sure.

yes I think it does, you can always cancel the sub auto renew tho..

Actually we have added the ability to buy CC without a subscription now. On the CC title, if you have any CC at all then you have that title. If you have 0 CC then you don't.
