[Planetside 2] Having more then two applications running at the same time

Hi guys! Here is a guide on how to launch two planetside applications at the same with without any external program such as sandboxie. This guide was quite late because i forgot but hopefully this will help you guys!

1. Copy your Planetside 2 folder to any other directory on the computer( I've got my second on the desktop) If you installed through the steam then just go into steamapps,common and copy the folder from there.

2. When you have copied the folder then open the folder and right click on the file ''Launchpad''.

3. Now go into properties and write -launch

4. Now you should be able to run two applications You can start one from steam and the other one from the duplicate folder by pressing the launchpad icon!

P.S There are also programs which does this without you having to copy your folders and wasting precious gigabytes! Such as; Sandboxie (http://www.sandboxie.com/)

I am using Sandboxie and I have also duplicated two PS2 folders. I have 2 accounts and I open one launcher normally and open the other one inside Sandboxie.

When I press "Play" only one of the accounts open and the other one automatically closes the launchpad.

Be sure that you have enough hard disk space, and AT LEAST 8G of RAM, and at least a GT540 level graphic card

Copy the PS2 to two different location(at this moment you will have three ps2 folder, lets name them 1, 2, 3)
Find launchpad.exe in 2, right click, compatibility, run in windows vista
Find launchpad.exe in 3, right click, compatibility, run in windows xp
open all three and enjoy

idk if it is possible to direclty run it without changing the compatibility settings cause im too lazy to try. sandboxie doesnt work for me no matter how i configure it.''

I'm interested in this not so much for farming but to have my friend play with a gamepad and me on keyboard and mouse. I have everything set up fine (both instances of planetside 2 are running side). The only problem is I can't get both instances of the game to stay active at the same time and therefor both can't have control at the same time. This is easily fixed in games such as borderlands where the user only need to add such commands as -alwaysfocus and -nomouse to the launch properties. However, planetside 2 doesn't respond to these launch properties. Any ideas as how to keep both windows in focus and thus let me and my friend play split-screen ?

I just made two copies of the folder and created shortcuts to "LaunchPad.exe -launch" in each folder. Works fine.

This technique is legal and it's freaking works!! I've tried it , & even tried open 3 Planetside 2 at the same time. Just make sure to have enough Ram, mine is 8gb ram.
