[Borderlands 2] Unlimited Golden Keys

There was a way where if you edited WillowDLC.ini and edit the line +NumKeys=X you'd get however many keys. Well they fixed that but I just figured out a way to get more.

First start off by going to
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Borderlands 2\DLC\POPremierClub\Lic

Open WillowDLC.ini with notepad or Word

Located the line
+SourceId=254

Change that by 1 number up. So +SourceId=255

Save

Load up Borderlands 2
Continue your game

You should get a pop up saying how many keys you have now.

Each time just edit the SourceID by one number.

So..

Close the game
Edit WillowDLC.ini
Save
Load Game
Continue Game
So on and so forth

Doesn't seem to work me, oh well I guess i'll just continue to use the game trainer I found that makes the chest not use or require gold keys to open.

Its not the +SourceId=254 its the +NumKeys=1
Change the +NumKeys=1 to +NumKeys=234
Atm 234 is the max keys you can get 235 doesnt add an extra key.

My WillowDLC.ini looks like this at the moment and i have 234 keys on my character.
The extra lines add new skins etc.

[PromotionalUnlocks]
+UnlockId=1
+UnlockId=2
+UnlockId=3
+UnlockId=4

Have fun in Borderlands 2 and dont spend all your keys at once.

Where did you find one that does this? The only one I found that lists this feature doesn't seem to work and everywhere else that adverts this feature is spammy ad-downloads that go nowhere.

Weird. I tried doing both of these things, but I did not get any keys..?

Do I actually still have to have one key? Because I accidentally used it already

Unless you use a trainer (no idea where to get) or figure out a way to edit the ini you only get one key from pre-order.

If you sign up inside the game for Gearbox Shift you get another key.

Adding this to your WillowDLC.ini doesnt work anymore if you updated your Borderlands 2.
If you still have the 1.0 version of Borderlands 2 you can edit your WillowDLC.ini and it will work.

Confirmed. Have russian version 1.0. Edited the ini of russian version - entered the game - left the game - steam synced. Entered international version 1.0.1 - have 234 keys & new skins
