my legit (solo) way of leveling - 60 in 10hrs

this is not kulle - so dont expect it to be super fast!
it's how i level my chars, i play solo most of the time, so this works best for me.


before starting, most of you know this anyway, but ill say this again.
dont take anything than rares+ amus and rings, dont open chests or hidden things exepct golden ones, dont blacksmith anything, mats are worth nothing, it just takes time.
just do the quests and run like the wind =)
and when your on your way to the quests.... dont kill every monster you see... just do large packs and elite mobs... single mobs arent worth ep/time u spend.

this way works for both, sc and hc, but in hc u need a little more gold than in sc.
(i only did hc, but sc wont matter)


normal:

a1:
just start and go for it.. do quests really fast.
before you enter to kill leoric, exit game and go AH. this is the first time you buy your eq.
go for main stat only, dps is what you want.
focus on weapon and offhand, the other items arent that important. i allways look for weapons <20k and every other piece <10k.
u nn to upgrade every slot, but its cooler if u do.
then finish a1, before you kill buther. again, go ah, replace every slot u have. but now look for items with main stat + vita.
focus on the one you need... if u dont loose much hp, focus mainstat, if you do, focus vita. if u still do, use a shield. but i dont think u should need one until inferno.

yea and when u look for weapons.. look for good dmg, sock, main stat, vita.
allways use a sqare+ ruby in it... if u dont own one, go buy it.

a2:
same procedure... be fast and efficient!
as soon as you think u are not facerolling any more... go ah and replace your items. again, good weapons are the key to be fast.

a3:
ask a friend for azmodan q.
now again, go ah. this time its even more important to get good dps... u skipped full a3, so mobs wont be nice to you.
but if u got the right weapon... it will be easy too!
do arreat crater lvl 1 runs until you are lvl 30!
dont go deeper into the core, just do lvl 1, if its clear, quit and repeate.
when you are 30, let some1 kill azmo for you, u could do it yourself, but it saves time if some1 else does.

a4:
get some1 to kill dia for you... you dont need to kill a single mob in a4.


nightmare:
same procedure... go to the AH whenever you and your purse feel you need to..
as soon as you hit lvl 42+, get one of those lovely -lvl req weapons... makes your life much more easy.


hell:
same procedure...
but for hardcore its a bit kinky now in hell... take care in a1 and a2... you dont have res and you will feel like running naked..
you really would like to have a -lvl req weapon.. as soon as u hit 55... buy res eq.. stack up to 200+... now u are save again..

when you hit 60.... well, do what ever you want then

and if you dont have a friend who can kill bosses for you... do a3 as fast as you can. then do arreat crater lvl 1 runs until 4-5 lvl under 30/50 and go down to azmodan... u will get good ep on your way too...
now do a4 as fast as you can, you will get 2,3 lvls there too.. try to hit 30/50 when you kill dia, so u can go to the next difficulty.

edit:
ofc get some movement boots.
and i dont want to talk about skill builds, if u got skills which make your movement faster... use them!

you also may look for +ep per mobkill on the items you buy.
also, if u can afford it. use 3 items from cains set (+30% bonus ep) and leorics signet ring (+ 20-30% bonus ep).
also use a ruby in your helmet, additional bonus ep!
cains set and the ruby are cheap, but the ring won't be...
but be aware, this is bonus ep, which means it only counts on bonus ep like massacre, not on single monster ep...
it gets more important when you do paragon leveling, nevertheless its additional ep, so you level faster!

if your faster than 10hrs u dont even have to read more than the topic.
its just my way to go to 60, noone posted it yet so i did.
but i see its no use in here, unless you post to make your eyes shine $_$ ...

additionally, you should probably get some exp gear whenever upgrading your equipment. the exp gear makes things go even faster!

ofc u spend time in ah... but its the fastest way i know...

in time will became faster cuz u will already have the items for leveling for each class bought Assuming u do not buy them and sell after u buy another Another way to level is to ask a friend for help, dh is best , use STRAFE skill with preparation for hatred and bat for hatred regen + vengeance as pasive skill. If has a good gear will almost non stop be on STRAFE and u just collect gold and exp , ofc will get alot of STREAKs.
Maybe we should post a list of items/level to equip till 60.

Something i find very fast, but has a limited level range, would be very useful with your guide. When you get to act1, the broken blade. You have to retrieve the orb like things from the warriors rest and crypt of the ancients. I have even done this from level 1 (it starts off slower till u get level 5-6), but you can start on part 2 of the broken blade and then once you go inside the crypt of the ancients, you will get a checkpoint (this is key). Now gogo burn all those skels and the champ pack (i find exp+ gear is great), don't touch the quest objective, TP, leave, resume. Farm this over, i was getting 1min/run and ~4runs/level. At some point ~lvl17 it doesn't work anymore. Just move on to arreat crater runs. This will work again at level 25/50 (i don't think it worked too well at 50).

I am 99.9 percent sure it counts for all exp not just bonuses from things like massacre just for your info.
