There anyone out there that 5x+ boxes wow from 1 system?
would like to set up and try out.
Assuming you need a virtual system prog like VMware
and a key/mouse stroke sender like AutoHotKey
Any links or replies would be helpful.
thanks

Don't see why you would need a virtual system, I can run like 4 wow clients on my computer without any lag or any problems, and it's not even the best.
Yes, you need a AHK, or a similar program.
Someone on Kil'Jaeden runs 40 and just sits in AV and guards Drek'Thar.
I've not multi-boxed wow, but I ran a macro team in DAOC back in the day.
You don't need vmware, you just need a decent PC and something like Hotkeynet (which I used to use) or isboxer (which seems to be the go nowadays).
Plenty of guides and help on the ineerspace/isboxer forums that should get you started too.
Good luck! It's pretty fun
yeah you have to pay for isboxer (well innerspace)
Pwnboxer Multiboxing/Dualboxing Software- Created by former CEO of Wowhead.com is a good one. PM me and I'll tell you how to get it..
I used to Box 5 chars a couple of years ago for a couple of months. The software has improved since then. Hardware requirements aren't particularly intense, and no need for VMs as other posters have said.
Dual-Boxing.com - Multiboxing used to be a great resource, but I think the community is a bit split along tribal lines now, depending on what software they use.
