He's using a very popular buy method. I doubt he's actually using the accounts themselves, but rather collecting them while their value increases due to their rarity. Eventually he will resell at top dollar.

VS will either be officially detected by warden, or will resume sales, before keys are worth much more.. If that's his goal there won't be much profit, and a lot of risk.

Didn't know pre 28th keys were limited on HWID. Thought it was unlimited, period. That might be it.
