Shoot through most walls/barriers as Demon Hunter

Evasive fire (covering fire rune pref) is becoming a much more popular primary hatred gen spell for demon hunters because it can shoot through most barriers including wallers walls. It works through most but not all structures in the game (diaf soul lashers). This is showing up on other forums a fair amount, but haven't seen it here.

I replaced hungering arrow with evasive fire yesterday and made more progress in act3/4 inferno than i've ever made since starting the game. Just have Big D left now.

It's especially potent if you time a full sharpshooter stack with nether tentacles.
e.g. cast ~3-5 NTs until they approach the mob, then use evasive fire 2-3x so they all hit about the same time and you get full crit benefits.

Not sure it's intended to work through walls like it does currently, but use it while you can.

I like your desire to contribute, but everyone who has used evasive fire once knows that it shoots trough walls. It's not everywhere on the forum, because this one is not for common knowledge things. Either way keep trying to contribute

This was mostly fixed in 1.03. Found a few staircases it still worked on but largely evasive fire's main usefulness is gone
