Use Follower while fighting Diablo

Kinda useful for harder difficulties...

Normally if you have your follower on he will get trapped by Diablo. If you have someone enter then leave the game during your fight, the follower window will pop up and he will fight beside you.

this actually might help a lot for me in inferno. Should you have the follower with you when you start the fight?

when i did it i did have the follower.. once he gets caged, start the fight.. when the fight starts, have someone join then leave your party.. boom you have a follower :-)
