Problem with my settings?

Okay so i just bought a new PC Today, and D3 My computer way more than surpasses the requirements for d3 but yet it lags super bad in full screen, and seems to only run smoothly in Windowed mode at a certain size.

Here's my specs to show what i am running

Your graphics card is a bit lower than what the Recommended System Requirements recommends, but that shouldn't make you lag that bad.

Is it choppy in Fullscreen, Fullscreen Windowed, or both?

If it's laggy in Fullscreen try disabling Shadows.

I've tried messing with settings left and right and it only seems to wanna run smoothly in Windowed mode, at a somewhat small ratio size
