    Problem with ID verified

    Hello, I tried to pay with paypal to become ID Verified but it said that it can't verify my card or that something doesn't match. So I was wondering if I can directly pay with paypal, to send the money to some mail or some other way. I also tried with the other payment method but then it said that my address doesn't match... I can prove that I own this paypal acc/debit card with pics and stuff if needed. Tell me what to do
