    warden text file

    i noticed today that there was a txt file in root of my c drive named warden.
    in this txt file is says the following:

    my WoW is installed on E so kinda wierd that this file was made.

    does anyone know what it means?

    Those are SQL queries to add data to a table called "memorycheck" in a database called "tripwire". They were not put on your machine by Blizzard!

    I've never heard of nor used "Tripwire" before today, but a quick Google search tells me that this is indeed part of a 3rd party application, Open Source Tripwire. Open Source Tripwire - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
